Appreciation

There are times in our lives where we find ourselves being aggravated with someone we may care for.  However, we do not do it because we are angry at them sometimes, but we do it because of something that may have occurred to us.  Maybe you did not get exactly what you wanted during the day, so it caused you to be aggravated.  We as people take things for granted unintentionally.  For instance, we seem to take for granted our family a lot. Here's an example.

You had a big disagreement with your spouse and it ruined your whole day.  You are not in the mood to talk to anyone.  All you want to do is be alone and relax.  Your mother then calls you to see how things are doing and says that she hasn't heard from you in days.  You begin to get angry with her and make her feel as if she did something wrong.  You say things to your mother that you truthfully do not mean, but because you are angry you take it out on someone that cares for you the most.

We all tend to do this at least once in our lives and we then feel horrible for doing it.  Our families are the number one people that care for us the most and they want nothing but the best for us.  Never take them for granted and appreciate every moment you may have with them because you never know what may happen the next day.  This applies to anything else in your life.  There will be moments that you feel that nothing good will ever come to you.  However, appreciate what is around you at the moment.  All things occur for a reason and taking those important people/things for granted for no reason is not good.  It may be hard to realize that during those intense moments, but take some time to reflect on it.  All good things take time to happen.  However, you are always surrounded by good things/people you just have to learn to see it each day.
