Be The Bigger Person

Everyday is a constant test of your strength.  Referring back to my post from yesterday I want to take the time to write about being a bigger person through the same type of situations.  Negative actions and people are everywhere and unfortunately we can not avoid it.  However, if a person committed an error do you think it's okay to commit the same error back?  In my opinion I feel that you shouldn't put yourself down to that person's level. Never be someone that your aren't because someone else couldn't value what they had.  If you are in a relationship and you just found out that your spouse cheated on you what would you do?  Some people would just leave the relationship and move on with their lives. Others might talk to their spouse and try to work things out.  While some cheat right back and believe that's what should be done.  <----- This isn't the right way to go about it.  It is understandable that your spouse disrespected you in the worse way possible and that is something that should have never occurred.  Even though this is true you are bringing yourself to their level by doing the same thing they did to you.  Why become someone you're not for someone that isn't even worth your time?  Be the bigger person in situations like this and don't EVER think that doing the same thing in return is right. "Two wrongs don't make a right". You are a strong individual and can stand on your own two feet. You have a mind of your own and know what is best for you at the moment.
